What is 3DMiracl?
3DMIRACL™ Is a treatment performed with the UltraClear® Laser. Treating very superficially in the uppermost layer of the skin. This treatment is fast, comfortable, and triggers natural exfoliation that typically occurs 2-3 days post-procedure. The patient typically experiences noticeable change after just a single treatment

With no topical numbing cream required, the UltraClear™ 3DMIRACL™ treatment typically takes about 15 minutes.

PRE & POST CARE
PRE-CARE
- Stay out of the sun for 2 weeks prior to the treatment.
- Discontinue abrasive topicals like Retinoids, Glycolic acids and Salicylic acids 5 days prior to treatment.
- Start using Alastin Nectar 2 weeks prior to the treatment.
- For skin types 4-6 you may be asked to use a prescription hydroquinone for 2-4 weeks prior to the treatment.
- Come with a clean face to your appointment.
- No fake tans for 2 weeks prior to your appoinment.
- If you have a history of cold sores please discuss this with your doctor as this treatment can bring them out.
POST-CARE:
Day 1 Post-Treatment:
Immediately post treatment – redness and a sunburn like feeling is common. This can last up to a few hours.
- Alastin Nectar will be applied immediately after your treatment in office.
- Depending on the depth of your treatmemt Alastin Soothe and Protect may be applied as well.
- To reduce the discomfort and remove the heat, a cool compress with clean gauze/cloth and bottled/distilled water can be applied post treatment. (Cool Compress: Soak clean gauze or wash cloth in distilled/bottled water that has been refridgerated. Keep the gauze on skin which will allow the skin to cool down for 5-10 minutes.
- You can re-apply a Alastin Nectar followed by Alastin Soothe & Protect as needed to keep the skin hydrated.
- There is no need to wash your face the night of the treatment. But do make sure you have a clean pillow case to sleep on.
Day 2-6 Post-Treatment:
- The next day start using a gentle cleanser morning and night with clean finger tips (We recommend Alastin gentle cleanser). Do not scrub treated areas.
- After cleansing apply Alastin Nectar followed by Alastin Soothe & Protect or your approved daily moisturizer depending on how dry you are. For severely dry skin we recommend Alastin Soothe & Protect. If you are not super dry you may use an approved moisturizer.
- Reat Alastin Nectar application followed by moisturizer as needed for comfort.
- In the morning a mineral based sunscreen such as Alastin Hydratint SPF can be applied.
- Avoid Makeup for the 1st day but you can resume makeup on day 2 after the treatment.
Day 7 Post-Treatment:
You can resume your normal routine including Retinols, Vitamin C's, and other anti-agings creams on the 7th day. Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks after the treatment and 2 weeks prior to your next treatment.
