Injection-related Risks:

It should be noted that in order to do a fat transfer one must have enough fat that can be sourced from other areas on their bodies. Liquid butt lifts are the only option outside of implants for individuals on the thinner side.

Liquid butt lifts offer temporary results. The duration varies among individuals depending on what injectable product is used. This means that results can last anywhere from 6 months up to 5 years.

If a Hyaluronic acid based filler is used it can last anywhere from 6 moths - 18 months

If Radiesse is used it can last anywhere from 1 year - 2 years

If Sculptra is used it can last last around 2 years

If Renuva or Bellafill is used it can last anywhere from 3-5 years

Hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm or Restylane, Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite), Sculptra (poly-l-lactic-acid), Bellafill (Poly-Methyl Methacrylate (PMMA), and Renuva (sterile adipose tissue (fat) obtained from donated human tissue).

Discomfort during the procedure is minimal for most individuals. Topical anesthetics can be applied before the injections to minimize discomfort.
