Meet Kyla Hargraves PA-C, a native Floridian and one of Orlandos top aesthetic injectors with an extensive background in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Kyla graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCF with a bachelors degree in Health Science. After graduating from UCF she attended Nova Southeastern University for PA school, where she graduated in 2013 with high honors. Kyla has since garnered extensive training in medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology making her a multifaceted expert in the field. She specializes in skin care, fillers, biostimulators, neurotoxins, threads, sclerotherapy and lasers.
For Kyla, it's not just about outward beauty; it's about sculpting confidence and self-assurance. Her goal with each patient is to utilize her medical knowledge, artistic eye and hands as instruments of transformation to deliver beautiful results. Karen Marie grew up in Florida went to college in Ft.Lauderdale and lived in Nashville, TN but has found her home in Orlando with her husband and their 16 yrs old son.
She prides herself on being a great mother and partner who is intuitive and truly listens whether it’s at home or when she’s with her clients or friends. As a seasoned paramedical aesthetician since 2002, Wendy has honed her skills and expertise in various aspects of the aesthetic and dermatology field. Her commitment to continuous learning ensures she stays abreast of the latest products, techniques, and trends, allowing her to provide the highest quality of care to her clients.
Wendy's true joy comes from educating patients on aesthetic services, empowering them to enhance and maintain their natural beauty. She believes that the success of any practice stems from the quality of care provided to clients, and she thrives on contributing to this success through her role in administration, focusing on growth and development.
Outside of work, Wendy finds solace in nature, whether she's hiking along a trail or gliding across the water on her paddleboard. At 48 years old, Gabby brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her roles as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, and Surgical Assistant. Working across various medical specialties including OB/GYN, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, and aesthetics, Gabby has developed a deep understanding of healthcare practices and the importance of patient care.
Gabby's passion for healthcare thrives with in the aesthetic field, where she loves helping patients navigate through their beauty and wellness journey. She has a particular interest for innovative treatments such as PRP, PRF, Bio stimulators and lasers. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of aesthetic techniques and commitment to providing the best care for our patients makes her an invaluable asset to our team. DR. RAJ SAWH-MARTINEZ MD, MHS, FACS
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
After graduating with honors from New York University with a bachelor's in Neural Science, Dr. Sawh-Martinez attended the Yale University School of Medicine. It was at Yale that he earned a coveted position within the university’s plastic and reconstructive surgery residency program with a Chief Resident appointment at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Sawh-Martinez later became the inaugural Yale University Craniofacial Surgery Fellow, serving with an appointment as a Clinical Instructor of the plastic and reconstructive surgery department.
During medical school at Yale, Dr. Sawh-Martinez spent two years as an NIH Research Fellow in the Vascular Tissue Engineering Laboratory that was the first in the world to implant tissue-engineered blood vessels into human infants to repair their congenital heart defects.
Dr. Sawh-Martinez has diligently researched advances to the plastic surgery industry with his interests leading to the authorship and co-authorship of over 30 peer-reviewed publications, multiple national and international research presentations, and several book chapters.
