ULTRA CLEAR LASER

IN ORLANDO

At Bijoux Med Spa, we are thrilled to introduce the newest generation in laser technology: UltraClear™! Unlike any other laser technology available, the UltraClear's versatility can not be beat! From the superficial 3DMiracl lunchtime laser treatment to its deep cold ablative laser coring technology the wide range of treatment options you get with this laser are impressive.

You can polish away fine lines, superficial texture, photo damage and hyperpigmentation with minimal pain or downtime using the revolutionary 3D Miracle treatment. The 3DMIRACL™ is a superficial laser treatment. The treatment is performed without anesthesia, and the entire face can typically be treated in 15 minutes or less. The 3DMIRACL™ treatment produces a healthy skin "glow" while helping to reduce fine wrinkles and lines, skin discoloration, and to improve overall skin texture. The ideal candidates for 3DMIRACL™' treatments are younger patients or those with mild to moderate sun damage and/or aging changes who would like to effectively improve theappearance of their skin with minimal discomfort, downtime, or recovery.

When treating deeper lines and wrinkles and more repairing skin that has sustained more damage from time and environmental exposure, the UltraClear™ laser can remove more of the damaged tissue and stimulate the production of fresh new collagen and elastin, critical building blocks for healthy skin.

For the ultimate non-surgical skin tightening, combine UltraClear Plus with laser coring. This combination offers superior results to traditional CO2 lasers, delivering refined outcomes with significantly reduced pain and downtime. Often hailed as the "fifth generation CO2," this advanced technology targets multiple skin layers for a comprehensive rejuvenation that traditional CO2 lasers can't match.

UltraClear™, the world's first cold fiber laser, has been distinguished by the prestigious 2024 NewBeauty Award as "Best Laser Treatment for All Skin Tones" for the second consecutive year. This FDA-cleared treatment sets a high standard for safety and inclusivity, making it ideal for individuals with diverse skin tones and those with sensitive conditions like melasma or rosacea.

ULTRA CLEAR

TREATMENT OPTIONS

3DMIRACL

This is a superficial treatment with minimal downtime. The treatment does not require any numbing or anesthesia. It takes about 15 min to treat the entire face. That is why we refer to it as the lunchtime laser that leave your skin glowing. It's great for superficial concerns such as fine lines, texture and hyperpigmentation. Treatments are usually sold in a package of 3 and the treatments are spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Downtime is usually a few days.

ULTRA CLEAR PLUS

This is a deeper treatment that helps with skin tightening and hyperpigmentation. It's perfect for aging skin who are looking to smooth out deeper lines and wrinkles. The treatment takes 30-45 min. Usually topical numbing and/or Pro Nox is needed to make you comfortable during the treatment. Downtime lasts 7-10 days depending on the intensity of the treatment. Most patients are happy with their results after 1 treatment with some desiring a 2nd one.

COLD ABLATIVE LASER CORING

This is the deepest treatment setting on the Ultra Clear laser that is designed to deliver the most impactful skin tightening results. This treatment setting is not done alone but in combination with either 3D Miracle and/or Ultra Clear Plus. This treatment add on usually take 15-30 min. Numbing is required with some guest needing Pro-Nox as well. Adding on this treatment usually does not increase ones downtime.

WHAT IS

ULTRA CLEAR PLUS ?

It's the newest laser technology that rivals CO2 and Erbium laser without as much pain and downtime. Energy is delivered in a quick and precise way allowing for versatility in treating a wide range of skin types and skin conditions that fully ablative laser can't touch. It is ideal for individuals who want to improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, sun damage, or uneven skin tone, and who are seeking a non-invasive option with minimal recovery time. It is also a great choice for those with busy lifestyles, as the downtime is much shorter compared to more aggressive laser treatments.

Benefits of UltraClear Plus Laser Treatment:

Anti-Aging: Effectively reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and creases by promoting collagen regeneration.

Scar Reduction: Helps smooth acne scars and other types of scars by resurfacing the skin.

Pigmentation and Sun Damage: Reduces hyperpigmentation, sunspots, and uneven skin tone.

Improved Texture: Smooths rough or uneven skin texture and reduces the appearance of pores.

Skin Tightening: By stimulating collagen, it helps to firm and tighten the skin over time.

The UltraClear Laser offers an effective solution for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, providing dramatic results with minimal downtime and risks, making it a highly sought-after treatment for a wide range of skin concerns.

WHAT IS

COLD ABLATIVE LASER CORING?

This setting removes micro-columns of skin while leaving surrounding tissue in tact. The energy is delivered in a novel way which minimizes heat build up in the skin making it safe for most skin types. This treatment setting can be added on to the 3D Miracle or Ultra Clear Plus to maximize their skin tightening and treatment results.

Benefits of Cold Ablative Laser Coring:

Precision and Controlled Damage: Unlike hot ablative lasers, cold lasers minimize thermal damage to surrounding skin, leading to reduced risk of complications like burns, hyperpigmentation, or scarring.

Faster Healing and Minimal Downtime: The cold laser generates less heat, resulting in less discomfort and irritation during and after the procedure. This translates to fewer post-treatment side effects and a more comfortable recovery experience. The reduced heat exposure makes cold ablative lasers safer for darker skin tones, which are more prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) when treated with heat-based lasers. By minimizing thermal damage, cold ablative lasers lower the likelihood of scarring or adverse reactions, making them a safer option for sensitive or more delicate skin.

Deep Skin Rejuvenation: Cold ablative lasers can penetrate deeper layers of the skin, triggering collagen production in the dermis. This collagen boost leads to improved skin elasticity, texture, and long-term skin rejuvenation, which helps reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging.
