WHATS RIGHT FOR ME...... SHADOWING OR TRAINING?
Shadowing involves observing Kyla as she works in her office, allowing individuals to gain insight into her practice and techniques.
Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with Kyla throughout the day.
If there are specific treatments that an individual wishes to observe, they should communicate this upfront, and Kyla will endeavor to arrange those procedures on the day of shadowing. Due to state licensing regulations and potential conflicts with malpractice insurance, individuals will not be able to participate hands-on in procedures during a shadowing day.
Training sessions offer hands-on experience and personalized guidance for participants. Ideal for learning new techniques, practicing skills, and gaining hands-on experience.
Training sessions are conducted at the office or spa of the individuals being trained, ensuring that participants can work within the scope of their state licensing regulations.
During training sessions, participants receive direct instruction and supervision from Kyla, allowing them to develop their skills with confidence.
